Bed and Breakfast

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced B and B in old Quebec City. We will not have a car, so something centrally located would be great.

Hi cinderella50

B&B Des Grisons, on a very tiny street by the same name www.quebecweb.com/hjg/en/bb-des-grisons/

B&B Chez Hubert (only 3 rooms, cheap and well located)

B&B St-Louis http://bbsaintlouis.com/e_index.htm

These 3 are all located in Upper Town, within the walls and within walking distances of everything.

B&B Hayden Wexford House in Lower Town is within a historic building, a bit off centered though http://www.haydenwexfordhouse.com/home.html

Note that I am not referring these B&Bs out of personal experience of any of them, maybe other forum members who are not locals could. If you type "B&B Old Town" in the search box of the Québec City forum, you will get 47 pages of results. All yours ...

Best regards

A year ago I stayed at the JA Moisan B&B which was just wonderful. I highly recommend it. Go and read my review! The breakfasts were worth $$ without even thinking about the rest of the accommodation. My trip report is here and I describe the b'fasts:

Whilst not in the walls, it is very close, and on a street full of shops, pubs and restaurants.
