Location of Hotel for Winter Carnival

I am thinking of staying at the Courtyard Quebec City, 850 Place d'Youville, during the Winter Carnival. Is this hotel an 'okay' location for the carnival?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

It is so perfect that it can be too much as many activities will take place on Rue Saint-Jean and Place d'Youville.
