King's Beach or Tahoe Vista in July?

I know there's not much difference....but really wonder between Ferrari's and Cedar Lodge? It will be my husbands first visit to Tahoe and we'll traveling all around the lake....but, don't want to be around the casinos. So, any advice?

Thank you.

You don't have to worry about being around the few Casino areas. There are five at Stateline in SLT, one small one in the Hyatt, Incline Village and several small ones in Crystal Bay all on the Nevada side of the lake.

Only have experience with Ferrari's Crown, on the lake, and it's a good budget lodging for LT in the summer. I'd get water front views, to enjoy the sunset, or have morning coffee out on the deck.

They have a water activity desk in front of the property where you can rent kayak's, two hot tubs and BBQ's.

Here's a map of the lake so you can see where it's cut down the middle to show the CA and NV sides.

I think the main difference is that Cedar Glen is on the mountian side of the road while Ferrari's is on the lake.

The Ferrari is older and well used however it is clean. I think its selling point is the area outside the rooms.
