Butcher shop? Looking for high quality meats

I went to Grande Marche yesterday and the beef selection was not impressive. Is there a butcher shop/charcuterie on the island or only grocery stores?

When we want nice beef, we head to the Market in Marigot on Saturday morning. There is a butcher with fresh beef near the fish stalls. Says Daniels outside.

we also were not impressed by the selection at Le grand Marche. We're in Lest Terre Basses and use the one in Porto Cupecoy. Today, however, we were on the other side of Grand Case for lunch at Bacchus (great for ready prepared food, too, in the best French tradition) and went into the big Simply Market in front of it. It is an offshoot of the French chain Auchan and the fresh meat on offer was very good indeed - lamb, veal , poussins, Guinea fowl, and a good selection of different cuts of beef. I don't know whether such a good selection will be true of all the Simply Markets or just this very big one. Ironically, the vegetable selection was not as good as we find at Le Grand Marche.
