Metro train

Hello, my GF is going to CT for english language lessons. She would like to subscribe for lessons in school on "Address:‎ 5 St Georges Mall, Cape Town 8000, South Africa"

This school also offers Accommodation at "Address:‎ Burham Rd

Cape Town 7925, South Africa"

Are there any cheap and safe ways to travel to scholl and back? I've read about metro train, but also, that this transport is not for tourists. is it right?

Thanks a lot

Hi,

Burham Road/Mowbray is far from city centre (St. George's Mall). Suggest your GF looks for accommodation in Green Point or somewhere closer to the city so that she can travel by bus. Have a look at St. Bedes Terrace, Green Point. Also, it would be nice to stay closer to the Waterfront.

Hi there

I would agree to stay closer to the City Center and to make use of the buses instead of the metro trains.

Best Regards
