Oh, we loved Bon Vivant! It was my favorite meal in South Africa, and great value for the money. We tried to order everything...drinks, starters, soups, we had steaks and their duck dishes, and huge sampler dessert.

I wish I could come with you...

Diva, I did send you an e mail recommending Ryan's Kitchen - that would be my choice, but Le Bon Vivant is also good. Personally I would avoid Reubens and two out of the last three meals have been disappointing at La Motte, although the wine is excellent and the estate very attractive. Grand Provence is another option, popular with visitors, although it is $$$ and the last review I read complained of small portions.
