Looking for a small adult-only all-inclusive

My husband and I are planning a romantic getaway for Feb 2015.

We are looking for a smaller size adult-only beachside all-inclusive.

Preferably not in Mexico, as we have taken several trips there and would like to try somewhere new. Last year we stayed at the Sandals Whitehouse and absolutely loved it, but we like to try new places so we have decided to not pick Jamaica for this trip.

We love to spend all day poolside and do not need a wild nightlife. We are happy never leaving the resort.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Not going to find either in Grand Cayman. No need for AIs as the island is very safe and easy to get around. Pretty much family oriented so you will not find places that cater to adults. It's not the type of place geared to not leaving the resort as it is a destination that you can find totally wonderful to explore, outstanding restaurants for every budget, etc.

The closest thing we have would be Cotton Tree. Small and exclusive. Not adult only or AI

Cayman is not known for AI or adults-only.

Agree that the Cayman Islands aren't going to offer you what you are looking for, based on your stated requirements. Have you looked into the Dominican Republic?

This was the last AI we did and it was fabulous. No pool and not Adults Only, but kids are rarely there and the set-up/layout makes it perfectly simple to avoid them or anyone else for that matter.

The Reef on the East End offers an all-inclusive option but it will not be like any of the ones you have been to. It will not have the organized activities that are present at other AI's. It is really just a meal plan for the basic package, plus use of water sports and drinks with the deluxe package. It is also not for adults only. More details at

Other Caribbean islands such as Barbados, Antigua, the previously mentioned Dominican Republic will have all-inclusive options. Some may have adults-only resorts.
