Steamboat or Eden

What would be a better choice to stay at with a 2 year old? The Eden resort or Steamboat inn? Thanks.

I would suggest the Fulton Steamboat for families with young children. A new playground was added last year. The gift shop provides tokens for kids to "buy" food to feed the ducks in the hotel's pond. Also, there is a fire pit where you can make smores. You can also adopt a goldfish for the duration of your stay if you would like. Kids seem to like the rooms with bunk beds. It is a very unique property and a nice break from the usual cookie-cutter chain hotels. I think you will enjoy staying there. Hope this helps.

Been to both and am going back to Eden. It was a novel idea staying at a steamboat but I prefer Eden as it's more modern, rooms are bigger and there are 2 pools (indoor and outdoor) and a sprayground. There are also more variety of rooms at Eden so if you come with a large family you can get a suite or villa...

Also, Eden has free ice cream and lemonade during the summer, a great breakfast buffet (better price than Fulton) and more dining options nearby.
