Bus to Edinburgh Festival Mela at Leith Links

Hi, this appears to be the first post on the Longniddry forum, so I hope someone notices this! I might post on the Edinburgh forum too.

We are coming to stay in Longniddry at the Haven Seton Sands site next week and want to visit the Mela at Leigh Links on the Saturday. I understand that driving will not be a good idea as parking won't be easy, so I was hoping that someone would be able to advise me on what bus we could get, do we need to change etc.

Thanks!

This is one possible way, the 129 bus and it stops at Seton Sands

Another is a train from Longniddry into Edinburgh Waverley Station then bus/taxi to what I assume is Leith Links not Leigh

See your other thread on the same subject. The 129 is handy and pretty direct, but has the disadvantage of being only every couple of hours. Nor does it run in the evenings; a great pity.
