Great Wolf Lodge for ADULTS????

I am planning a mini getaway for my fiance's birthday weekend (May 18th-20th). I was looking at some of the resorts in the Pocono area and non caught my eye (they seemed a bit boring). When I came across Great Wolf Lodge, I immediately became excited.

However, we are not bringing any kids. So it will be just us two =/

Would it be awkward for us to be there (as a couple) surrounded by children?? I called the resort to ask and they said "no, the resort is for both adults and children". I don't know. What do you guys think???

Also, what are some of the off grounds activities to do?? We would like to go horseback riding.

Are there any good restaurants in the area?

Does anyone know of any discount codes I can apply to my reservation? I was told $329.99/night (a bit steep for a water park and hotel room).

I was reading the terms and agreement and it states that guest are allowed 4 water park tickets per room. If its just us two going, would we be getting ripped off?? :(

Great Wolf Lodges are both expensive and very kid-friendly/family-oriented. I personally think that you would feel a bit out of place there.
