My family is contemplating a trip to Mont Tremblant during the American Thanksgiving week (Nov. 28 - Dec.1). Are the ski slopes usually open by late November, and if not, what other activities are available?
The resort tries to have something open for US thanksgiving, but it will be very, very limited. Maybe one run at the top of the hill. More a "I skied at thanksgiving" than real skiing.
Check the resort website for updates.
Other activities are also weather dependant, a big snowstorm means one thing, no snow means you could be golfing.
It has been ridiculously warm here recently, though there is snow forecast for next week, we just never know what to expect.
