Makes me cringe! Some people lead very sad lives if their highlight is writing on TA about a less than perfect stay at a place.

"They brought me vodka and tonic. I ordered vodka and lemonade. I'm going to write about that on Tripadvisor". His mum - "Why do you need to write about something like that?"

Because I can!

Sympathies with hoteliers.....

Looks like people with too much time on their hands. Would want to get lives really. I come on here to look at honest reviews from people. The dishonesty is unbelievable.

I hardly think business owners are whiter than white. The number of dodgy reviews with a positive spin is endless.

Both business owners and reviewers are equally bad, driven by a system that is ridiculous.

Nothing wrong with Trip Advisor, a good review is worth posting and even the not so good. However after watching most of this documentary it is very clear there are some people out there that need to get a life and stop trying to destroy other people's. The self proclaimed "advisors" appear to be getting a kick out of nitpicking, a sad ego trip. In fact some of it was almost laughable to be honest.

The documentary was a joke, there is an equal problem with business owners and dodgy tactics to influence the system.

If the documentary set out to explain all the issues fine, but a 1 sided rant of a show is about as helpful as one of the reviews it was whingeing about.

Have just sat and watched this - omg, some people need to get a life!!! It made me and my husband cringe - these 'advisors' are just bully's! If you have not got the balls to go and complain face to face then don't go behind peoples backs!!! All I want is an honest review - I don't care if they get you the wrong drink - they'll always change it if they got it wrong!!!
