tough one that ,unless you want to go with all the main operators ,need more information ie where do you want to visit etc ,if you are doing this on a budget it might be best to get to place by train and then take tours from there ,if money is no object get in touch with some of the big companies like sherrings or travalger . i had friends over last year they split the journey up ie south england north england and scotland and uesed 3 companies .good luck .

If you want to do it all in a fortnight then you are going to spend a lot of time on the coach and a minimum amount of time visiting the actual sights. It's a subject which has been discussed on here a number of times, and can be quite tiring.

Its a choice, a race around the country with only snapshots of the sights, or a more relaxed trip, see less but in more detail.

A typical first day on many tours is out of London, to Windsor, Salisbury, Stonehenge and Bath, not enough time to give it the attention it deserves.

Other days can be more than 200 miles on the road which will possibly take up to six hours of your time, and which leaves little time to visit anywhere in detail.

I tried making an itiniary once for a group and we had spent a fortnight in England, let alone Scotland or Wales. We may be small as a country, but the travel is not quite to simple as the wide open roads of other countries.
