overnight flight sleep

What do you do to sleep on overnight flight? How do you support your neck and keep from having head bob and end up with little sleep and stiff neck? Have used the U shaped pillows - not very comfortable.

Interested in how you manage to support head and get some sleep?

Thanks for any tips
