Has anyone out there got any info on how to get a refund for tickets booked in advance on line? Aer Lingus website won't allow cancellation; I contacted their 'Customer Service' which is a joke, and was told that out of 2 tickets for end of July, total cost of £322.96, I would only get a partial refund of Taxes paid, ie £89.00 !!!!
Has anyone got any advice on how to complain to Aer Lingus, I've tried their websites etc but they just fob you off and re- direct your question to something else on the website.
