Any recommendations for cheap parking at Bristol Airport? Needed for 5 nights in January. Thanks.

I would stay away from WCP I had a bad experience with them, they charged me twice and it was very difficult to get my money returned.

I would avoid WCP i had a bad experience with them, they charged me twice and it was very difficult to get my money returned. The lady at the desk wasn't helpful and she said I would need to contact their accounts department which was very diffcult.

WCP parking - would not use again. Travelled with my partner and 3 year old child. Getting to the airport for 9am no problems - thank you. Wasn't the most friendly check-in and transfer but 'alright' as I said to my partner at the time.

Getting back to our car was another story. Had booked to be picked-up for 9.30pm at Bristol Airport express drop-off point. Bare in mind, gave some time in case of delays. Our flight was early, by the time we collected our bags and got to the express drop-off, it was 8.39pm. As per reception and the documentation instructions, I tried to call the

phone number to give my reference number to arrange pick-up. I was number 3 in the phone queue for ages and could not get through. Got talking to a customer who had arranged pick-up for 8.15pm and another customer (who was on our flight) who were 1 and 2 in the phone queue. This went on a while with us hanging-up and redialling, no WCP bus in sight. I eventually got through 9.15pm and had a not very happy conversation with reception. He had apparently been in the office all along and had not heard the phone. In another sentence he stated 'he had just got back', 'from where' I asked 'you just told me you had been in the office all along' - could not answer. I asked if all 6 of us could be picked-up and gave party names. I got told 15-20 minutes. The WCP bus arrived at 9.30pm.....we had to wait a further 5 minutes before leaving due to another customers flight getting in at 9.30pm. Very coincidental. When we got back to the office, there was no apology and 4-5 members of staff in and around the office.

They had left one customer waiting 1 hour 15 mins who had an ongoing journey to Exeter. Two customers waiting 50 mins who had an onward journey to Cornwall. Also my child who is 3 years old and doesn't understand why she is waiting outside at night in the cold.

Regarding my car, no damage noted. Had done 2 miles. Reception staff said car park was 200 yards away, was not told an address.

Unfortunately I left airport parking too late. Bristol Airport silver zone parking was fully booked, so tried this company. Never again, will be more organised next time.

This is a genuine review.

Yeah, Heathrow. Bristol Airport parking is ludicrously expensive. If your close consider a taxi!

Bristol Airport parking is stupid expensive. £71 for two nights in the long stay this week. What planet are these people on?

It would be cheaper to park in Bristol and get taxis in and out!

Will now be looking to fly from Cardiff and or Heathrow as options on a more regular basis. Bit longer to get to them, but the parking charges will offset that!

The Airport Tavern

Do not, I repeat do not use the above company to park your car for Bristol Airport. We arrived early hours of the morning, January 7th. No help at all with the luggage. Just told to wait in the vehicle, didn't say why, but then another passenger arrived. No help at the othe end either and very rude. Just drive off, no manners. On arrival home on the 11th February, we telephoned as soon as were in the carpark as requested. Waited for 10 minutes, then when he arrived there was.no room for us and we had to wait another 10 minutes. The only communication we had from the driver was, and I quote, "Oh dear". Not one word of an APOLOGY. I mean who sends an eight seater van when there are 10 people to pick up!!!!!!! Do they not have paperwork as to who they are picking up???? When we arrived back at the Tavern, still no communication, and still no help with the luggage. Very rude drivers, no manners at all. Also our car had been used for something, as we noticed the radio channel had been changed, should have taken photo of mileage, but didn't do that unfortunately. Will definately not use them again and defiantly will NOT recommend them EVER.
