Best place to stay for families ?

Hello All

Never been to Cornwall before,

We are a large family which is the best area to stay that is aim at family holidays please

Ages ranges from 5 years to 50 years

We are looking for a family holiday seaside resort somewhere with a nice beach, plenty of family activities, family friendly cafes, Adventure/Waterparks, We are not looking for a quiet walking holiday,

There are a couple of 20 somethings in our group that will want bars and a club

We are looking for private large holiday rentals near to the beach

Thank You for any help/advice

Hi

I would definitely recommend Looe.

Looe has a great beach with rocks and rock pools at one end and loads of places to eat in town. It also has some great walks along the coast or inland through the woods. There are several very good caravan sites nearby and it is a great base to visit the rest of Cornwall.

Newquay is very tacky and rundown and although the surfing can be good, the whole place is in serious need of improvement.

It maybe ok if you are on a drunken stag or hen weekend but that is as sophisticated as it gets.

Hope you make the right decision and have a good holiday.
