Can you advise me about rucksacking it please?

This is probably a silly question but I'm going to Newquay in Cornwall for nine days. I will be staying at a B&B, and have decided not to take my suitcase on wheel's this time but my rucksack. What I would like to know is how best to pack it, should I just take two of everything etc?

Many thanks.

Sorry but are you seriously thinking of going away for nine days with only two pairs of pants?

^^ Lol,, that thought crossed my mind too, but putting that aside its a near impossible question to answer.

Ie: What size is the rucksack, where will you be staying accomodation wise, a tent, a caravan, a B & B, hotel......will your accomodation ( whatever it is ) have laundering facilities ??

Would you be comfortable at home with just 2 pairs of everything for 9 days ?

Edit......sorry I just read your post again and your staying in a B & B. Do they have laundering facilities ( highly unlikely I would think ), or are there any facilities nearby ?

Unless you are flying and concerned about weight limitations, surely taking a suitcase would be better if it holds more ?

Sorry I have never taken my rucksack before, perhaps I should just leave it and take my suitcase on wheels.

Is it a lot smaller than your suitcase? If not just put in there what you would in the suitcase.

It'll be three pairs as they'll be wearing one pair already (unless they travel naked), so it's one pair on, one in the wash, one drying.

Pick the right materials and that does go down to one pair in luggage.

Are you going back to the Harrington? If so there is a launderette just round the corner.

Have just been reading your assorted postings Aura. Have you thought of doing stand-up?

Apparently (and I hasten to add that I've never tried this) you can make one thong last six days.

(I don't have to explain how this works, do I?)
