Nice baby friendly hotel in Devon?

Can anyone recommend a nice hotel in Devon where we can take our 6 month old? Preferably with a pool. I really don't mind where, more bothered that the hotel itself is good.

I just stayed at the redhouse hotel in Torquay - well actually in their apartments rather than the hotel itself. It's nothing fancy but suited us with our 5 month old really well. I'd recommend the apartments because when the baby is napping you have a separate room to sit and watch tv or chat, a kitchen so you dont have to go out of an evening for food and just more space than a hotel room. We had apartment 9 which was on the second floor (one flight of stairs) and had lovely sea views. They have an outdoor pool and an indoor one if the weather isn't too great. Like I said it's not fancy/posh but was clean and our apartment had been recently renovated so most of the furniture and appliances looked new.

I should be promoting Devon but if you happen to venture into Cornwall and depending on your budget you may like to try out Fowey Hall Hotel. Stunning location and although we actually stayed there as a couple it did seem very child orientated. It is a fair hike up the hill though from the Town Centre.

Check it out http://www.foweyhallhotel.co.uk

You can also browse http://www.childfriendly.co.uk and pop in Devon as your choice of County.
