I was planning to come down to Dartmouth for a few days in April, travelling down by train to Totnes. However, I can't imagine that the Dawlish part of the line will be up and running again by then so I will have to look at other options. I can get as far as Exeter by train and I gather I can then get a National Express coach to Totnes. Would that be the best way to do it or does anyone have a better suggestion? Also, how easy is it to get from Totnes to Dartmouth on public transport? Alternatively, what would be the rough cost of a taxi for that part of my trip? Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks.
