Is Torquay a pleasing place to stay?

visiting Torquay in September for 9 days.

No car

Staying at Livermead Cliff Hotel

What day trips/excursions are available?

What sea trips are available

Is the own as run-down as some visitors suggest

What public buses are available and to where

This is our first visit to Torquay We are more inclined to wild places so this is a first for us.

Any help greatly received

Dear oh dear Jane C this is a travel site, if you have a problem with your bins phone the council , TOR 2, or Gordon Oliver . If you have a rat infestation phone environmental health, who will also respond to excessive bonfires. As for the cannabis smell, I have certainly not detected that one!!!!. This site is about encouraging people to continue to visit Devon and all that it has to offer, not for residents to air their issues!
