Between Lulworth Cove and Weymouth is an upmarket B & B call The Marren. It is fairly isolated with a terraced garden and sea views - of course its not an hotel but it does look very nice.

Hi - a few more suggestions

Moonfleet Manor - www.moonfleetmanorhotel.co.uk

Smugglers at Osmington Mills - www.smugglersinnosmingtonmills.co.uk

There are several places in the Lulworth area although they may not feel too remote in the high season.

Could try The Manor House at West Bexington (on the way to West Bay) Been shut for a refurb but I think should be open again now or within the next week or so. Hotel is near Chesil Beach and village of West Bexningotn is fairly quiet. Not sure what you want to do, but good for walks through the fields, or along the beach.
