Fireworks Displays???

Was looking to go to Dorset in Nov for fireworks! Can anyone recommend a good place to go? I would be looking anywhere between Weymouth, Dorchester, Poole type locations.

If anyone can recommend a nice family friendly hotel or even better appartment in the area too for a few nights that would be great :-) needs to be family friendly for my 1 year old

Fireworks should be on at Poole Quay and Weymouth beach. and probably other resorts like Bournemouth and Swanage, though not sure. Suggest you look at the reviews on TA on accommodation once you have decided where to stay. There are plenty of family friendly hotels and B&Bs around.

november 2nd is the Bonfire on the Beach at Charmouth. Its not a massive display but it is a fantastic night right on the beach with BBQ and bar and a massive bonfire! plenty of places to stay if you look at www.charmouth.org . You can also see the Lyme Regis display going off acroos the bay if they have it on the same nght which they probably will
