The B & B's up West Cliff are quite cheap, from the signs outside, but what they are like I have no idea. From the BIC West Cliff is up a very large hill.

East Cliff tends to be the more expensive side & the more plush hotels.

What I would say is that with the way the market is at present. You should be able to get into one of the good hotels for a reasonable price.

What sort of budget are you looking at spending ? & how many of you ?

Can recommend the Ramda Encore excellent value

Or the Premier Inn group

Depending on the time of year B&Bs dont always do 1 night stays

Go for the Premier Travel Inn that used to be The Hilton Hotel in Westover Road. You will not go wrong. Ask for a seaview. This has got to be the most central hotel for BIC , Pavillion, Shops, Gardens Pier/Beach etc.

It's good value.

But you have got to go up & down a very large hill to the BIC, Pavillion, Pier , Beach, Gardens, Shops etc.

Alot of hotels are advetising £19 & £29 per night. But in most cases it does not apply to Travel Lodges/ Premier Travel Inn's that are in main coastal areas or main cities / town's. They even advertise them outside these hotel.

I hope your fit ? From Brooklands down to the BIC is quite a large hill. If you head for the seafront & turn left in the direction of the BIC & come in round the back, this way is not so much of a hill. The area is known as West Cliff.

Enjoy Bournemouth
