Hen night for a small group

Wondering what would be a fun place for a smaller group (4-5)? Thinking spa first, then a nice dinner and some sort of show or bar/music/dancing where our 40-something's wouldn't feel left out?

Help!

Spa: My favourites: Luxury treat: The Grand Hotel has a lovely spa and pool etc. Champneys is good and does special deals for groups. The Lanes Health and Beauty too. Their websites have details. Dinner: Why not combine show and dinner? Little Bay on King's Road is really good fun. All done out in theatrical baroque style and they have performers singing opera at the tables (some better than others!) All included. It gets very good reviews on TA. It suits groups and is noisy and fun. It won't win gourmet prizes for food but you are pretty much guaranteed a laugh. If you mean theatre then googling will tell you what's on at several venues, including the Theatre Royal. Not knowing what is your taste in music, I think others will have better dancing suggestions. Have a lovely time.

Bohemia bar/club is the place you need to be at.

Have a look on realbrighton.com

Pub at 112 Church St in center of town has cabaret.

Proud cabaret at BRighton Ballrooom is a really hen night option - http://brightoncabaret.com

I'd second Little Bay as a good option for a fun dinner. You could also have half price cocktails at Lola Lo's tiki bar before.

If you are looking for a decent meal avoid little bay like the plague, the food quality is appalling!

Tons of lovely restaurants in the lanes, Casa DonCarlos, Ole Ole (if you want entertainment with meal) Cote, Hotel Du Vin even Meat Liquor.

Im with 'travels, Little Bay avoid, utterly awful imo. Soo many proper restaurants, little bay isn't one of them!

Having lived in Brighton for the past three years I have been on some really brilliant nights out. For a friends 21st we went to a cabaret and male show at Oceana; this was mainly hen nights and birthdays with people ranging from 21 to 50's or 60's. Really funny night out!!

I'm not sure about any drag shows in particular however there is a gay club called Revenge which have nights with various people performing; such as people from X factor.

There is also Casablanca which is a Jazz Bar; I haven't been myself but many people have said how brilliant it is!

Also if you're staying out late then there is a 24 hour sit down restaurant called Buddies which is definitely worth checking out after a few drinks!

Hope this helps
