Cotswolds for Valentine weekend with our dog.

We are considering going to the Cotswolds for valentine weekend, just decided this morning so , we would like a dog friendly B & B in an area with walks, some nice villages, pubs etc. We are planning to leave from Reading by car around 4pm on Friday 14th Feb and are fairly flexible about what area of The Cotswolds to go. We will be staying 2 nights. We were recently in the New Forest and were blown away by how dog friendly that area is, I want to explore somewhere different but it is tempting to return there just because it was SO dog friendly. Obviously the horrible weather we have been having and the distinct possibility that could continue does concern us so a few dry weather alternatives where dogs are welcome would also be so helpful. Given the fact valentine weekend may be busy I need to get Accomodation booked soon so eager to hear your thoughts, guidance and advice here. Thanks in advance!!!
