Here's another (a bit more remote):
We enjoyed The Five Alls in Filkins(1/2 way between Burford & Lechlade). Great for outdoor dining. Had very good fish at the Inn For All Seasons (on 40A at Windrush). Enjoyed the Plough Inn in Ford but a little touristy at lunch.
The Cotswold Arms in Burford
for dinner, consider the Dial House in Bourton on the Water - they have a tasting menu which is excellent, and fixed price 3 course meal is £35 per head. Beautiful old town house in centre of chocolate box village.
We thoroughly enjoyed The Horse and Groom in Bourton on the Hill.

I was recently impressed by the food and drink - but gobsmacked by the view - at the Feathered Nest in Nether Westcote, which is close to Burford, but feels like it's worlds away.
It's tricky to escape most dinner times without a fairly stiffish bill. But the bar menu at lunch times is good value, and the view's as good.
