What's being built above the wheel of fortune arcade Clarence pier?

I was there last weekend and looked nice to see improvements going on.

I know previously it was a bar and futuristic rude, but just curious.

Back to what it was before then.

Wasn't it a bar with a circus theme in the 80's.

You do need somewhere else to go there as you only have the premier inn Clarence pier.

Nice to see investment in the area.
