Acts at Working Men's Clubs midweek

We are coming to Blackpool on Momday 26th July for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night and would like to know which clubs have Cabaret on these nights.

We have previously visited at weekends but wished to avaoid 'Stags and Hens' so opted for weekday

Are particularly interested in seeing Mike Dennett & Chic if he is appearing anywhere on any of those nights.

Alternatively can anyone suggest where I can buy or get hold of a Seasider Booklet.

Due to ill health and walking difficulties we also need a venue with few or any stairs

Hi There

Mike Dennett & chic is apearing on WED 28th July night at the hotel & apartments club on coronation street Central Blackpool.

http://www.hotelandapartments.co.uk

All the WMC should have copies of the seasider to buy (35p) & some BB/Hotels have a regular supply too. If you know which club you like visiting let me know as i have a copy & can tell you what is on each night & where.

Bloomfield Club has 2 acts on every night. Stanley Road act on every night Duple club every night LMS Loco most nights and Philharmonc Club every night. Sure you will find something for your entertainment. Have a nice stay.

Thank you for the replies. We have previously visited the Philharmocic Club and found the acts good and the venue itself fine.

What acts are on on the Monday night. Names might not mean much but are they Comedians or singers ?

Have also been to the Duple Club a few times and seen some good acts but can no longer manage the flight of steps, so am afraid that is ruled out now.

If we can find somewhere for Monday night, we should be able to pick up a copy of the Seasider and plan for Tuesday

BUT .......... Does Holiday and Apartments Club have a huge flight of steps or is it more or less on the level

and are other clubs mentioned by Breakfastking (Bloomfield and Stanley Road) have their cabaret on the level.

Thanks again. --------I remember breakfastking helping out last year.

Hotel & apartements club concert room is up a flight of stairs

Stanley road club has a lift to the concert room

Philharmonic is on ground level &

There is also the Brunswick club--concert room at ground level

& Blackpool's number one club (9-17bloomfield rd) has a lift available.

Mon 26th July

Number one club...GEORGIA & CO (an audition night)

Stanley Rd....TERRY COTA(comedy) & MIKALA LEIGH(vocalist)

Brunswick....HAYLEY MACK (female vocalist)

Philharmonic..MARTIN GABRIEL(vocalist) & FIZEEK (comic)

Hope this helps
