So much to do and see but all depends on the weather the weekend you are there and your interests. A 9 1/2 month old will not make much difference to your plans as the baby will be happy providing it is fed, watered, changed and has its usually day and night sleeps. You could visit Blackpool Tower or zoo, take a walk down a pier/along prom, take a ride on a tram all along the coast, spend time in the Pleasure Beach, etc.

Have a read of the top questions about Blackpool on the right of your OP, Which parts of the city should I visit?

Loads of places to eat, just see what takes your fancy, tastes, budget. Baby wlll be fine in a buggy. Enjoy your weekend.
