echo arena

We are booking tickets for classical spectacular at the Echo Arena have never been there before so not sure what venue is like and how comfortable the seats are. On seating plan many seats appear to be at the side of the hall and we do not know how good a view you get from there. What are the best seats for viewing the stage area. We prefer to be in an elevanted position rather than on the floor of the hall. Can anyone who's been there advise?

It depends a bit on the type of event. The seats aren't very comfy, but the view, as far as I remember, are pretty good from anywhere. The sides can be fine, and (if you want elevated seats) sometimes have a better view than the back seats facing the stage. I think the view from the floor/stalls are not so good if you are a long way back. One thing to note though, is that if you can get seats at the front of one of the sections in the stalls, then your view will be better because of the gap between you and the next row - but only if it is a performance where people won't be standing up and dancing.

The arena can be set out many ways including a central stage...and half hall

Check the stage set up.

IMO you dont want to be on the lower level close to the floor cos then your view will be to say the least the top and side of heads..

Lower teir towards the back is good..

There again its a concert and the sound is what you are there for
