Liverpool activities

We are a group of blokes spending Saturday night in Liverpool staying at the holiday inn express at the end of July

Two questions

1. For night out thinking of Mathew st. Is there any other areas worth drinking

2. During the afternoon we want to some non-drinking related activity nr centre. Maybe go-karting. Any suggestions?

You need to give us more info about you before people can make suggestions. What kind of night out do you like? How old are you? What kind of music/atmosphere do you want? etc etcc

Avoid Concert Square!

There's some excellant pubs along Dale Street like the Ship & Mitre, Vernon Arms, Bierkellar (top of Victoria St), and there's good pubs up Hardman Street like Fly In The Loaf, Philharmonic and Ye Cracke (Rice Street).

You could go on the Yellow Duckmarine or catch the ferry over to Woodside in Birkenhead and go to the U-Boat museum - which has a real U-Boat!
