I contribute and lurk on quite a few forums, many have good information with a little chat and local information that is travel related.
I've noticed TALF recently, much fewer contributions than normal and the topics rather odd IMO
Whilst sending or reviewing a restaurant, for example, some say it's not the place or it's off topic and I've see same comments about hotel reviews. Remarks like, why ask on forum, use the search facility etc. Valid points? Maybe, maybe not.
However, if you look at the first page today, many enquiries have very few answers but two stand out as having 50 & 80 replies. So, successful topics creating interest and information - great! That's what we want.
1, Merril Trainers
2, How mamy shoes to bring?
Shoes and what type to wear, even colours or how many to take. What with this and the regular oyster card enquiries isn't TALF becoming tired?
Sorry to those who posted the threads concerned, I'm not bothered by it at all and you are free to do so.
I'm more concerned that other posts are ignored
whilst such topics appear to be favoured.
I'm just asking if others feel it's indicative of how TALF has evolved and maybe people are leaving?
