Advise for 1 day London Itinerary with teenagers

We will be in London for 2 nights and and 1 full day -a Tuesday in July. 1 adult likes museums. 1 adult would just like to walk all day and maybe catch an open market. 1 teen likes soccer and any shop with soccer stuff. 1 just wants to shop (low priced). We are staying in the Kensington area.

Why not let the adult who enjoys museums go off by themselves. The adult who likes to walk and catch markets could stay with the teenagers and go shopping. You could go to Camden Market which the younger members would love. Also Oxford Street there are sports shops for soccer stuff, and shops like Primark and Top Shop for lower priced items.

Also the sales should still be on in the shops, so you might find some bargains.

Take the two teens to Carnaby Street, Soccer World will keep the footie fan entertained for hours (they have a massive selection of just about every European club's jerseys) and the other one can look round all the fashion shops. I also agree that Oxford Street will probably keep both happy, and it's not far away.... and it's cheaper!

Thanks

This is great advice for an almost impossible (crazy?)request. Telling me where the soccer stuff and markets are is great.

WHy dont you have the teenagers do some research on the internet and pick a few things they might want to see. Then you have your list... and you have the "museum adult". Narrow your list down, then figure a way to do what you want.

I like the British Museum...you COULD spend all day there. V&A is particularly nice......Harrod's is pretty cool, especially the food hall. But then there's the teenagers....
