Is it easy to walk from Westminster tube stop to green park?

yes, very easy, and a nice scenic walk ... go up Whitehall to Horse Guards, go through Horse Guards to the other side, cross over into St James Park and walk towards Buckingham Palace, then Green Park is to the right of Buckingham Palace ... if you want to get to Green Park tube station, turn left at Buckingham Palace and walk up the broad pathway

It's a very pleasant walk. St. James's Park is lovely, with flower beds, lakes and lots of water fowl. And walking through Green Park, you can admire the mansions overlooking the park.

Rather than gong up Whitehall, I would rather get to St James' Park from Great George Street on the north west corner of Parliament Square. That way you wuld follow the southern bank of the lake and ross it on the footbridhe whih has a very good view of Buck House.
