This may sound odd but I was in London in 2004 and I can remember one of the painted ceilings had been done so cleverly that as stood in the first doorway she appeared to have her head facing in your direction and as you stood in the doorway to leave it looked like she had turned to heard in your direction.
I *think* this was at Windsor Castle but I just can't remember and I can't find any mention of it in my Windsor books.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about? It may sound like I'd had too many sherries when I visited but I swear I'm not making it up. If anyone can tell me I'd love to know if it was Windsor and the name of the painting (if possible).
