Not sure what you mean by "original location".

I like Patara, on Maddox Street, which runs off the Oxford Circus end of Regent Street.

I like Sakun Thai in Holborn... location and setting / ambience is nothing special, it's just a standard local independent, but the food's great.

When I lived in Chiswick ,I ate at the Bedlington in Fauconberg Road - I still dream about their Pad Thai and Crabcakes. Thai people from all over London travel there for the food and I sometimes make a very long trek to revisit . It is always worth the journey.

The best Thai resto in London (or possibly the world outside Thailand) is supposed to be Nahm, near Hyde Park Corner. The chef spent 30 years collecting recipes in Thailand. It is very expensive.

Chiang Mai in Frith Street used to be excellent. I think Thai Square and the Bedlington are quite ordinary myself.

Having eaten at Blue Elephant a few times I can vouch for the food and ambience... it's great in there! BUT, not too far away is @Thai off the Fulham Palace Road (I think it's on Greyhound Road). I've eaten here for years and it's very intimate, friendly, good value, and the food is brilliant.

Nowhere near as fancy as Blue Elephant or Thai Square (Putney branch of Thai Square is however lovely), but very authentic indeed.

The food at the Blue Elephant is OK, it won't blow your socks off, and there are probably better Thai restaurants in London. But the decor is fabulous. I like it and would recommend it to others;
