Hillingdon tube station is bang on the A40 but it's on the Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines which are not very quick. Judging by your other post you want Marble Arch so I'd suggest West Ruislip for the Central Line. You'll need to be there early to get a parking space.

I am afraid you will want somewhere with a large multistorey car park and it will cost you quite a lot for the whole day. There will not be any street parking and station parking will be full of commuters very early. You could look on the NCP website or similar.
