The Euro is not used in London, the monetary unit is the Pound (GBP or £). 150-200 Euros is about £130-£175.

To get an informed answer to your question, you'll need to answer the following:

1. How are you arriving in London, by airplane, by train, etc.? At what airport, rail station, etc., are you arriving?

2. How many people in your party (how many adults, how many children)?

One other question.

3. How long will you be in London?

It's an often asked question. London is a large city which has evolved over a long period of time. There is no one location which is convenient for everything. Public transport however, by tube or bus, is cheap and frequent.

Budget should always be your number one factor in deciding where to stay, (which you have already set), find somewhere that fits your budget and which gets good reviews (the London Hotels search faciity on the left is a good place to start).
