How "smart" do we need to be for high tea?

We have reservations at Fortnum and Mason. How "smartly" dressed do we need to be for high tea? If we go in the gear we wore to an Olympic event would be too casual?

You do not need to be especially smart, Fortnum and Mason serve the tea in a public area right by the lifts, there will be any number of scruffily dressed people strolling by.
