Thames River Cruise To Greenwich

Hi,

Just want to find out how long is the journey if we were to take the Thames River Cruise from Westminster to Greenwich and back.

We intend to buy London Pass which will cover the cruise.

Thanks.

It is 75 minutes each way, 3 hr from Westminster to Greenwich and back.

Most of the experts do not recommend the London Pass, but if you do get it, then it includes an all-day hop-on-hop-off pass, called a "Red Rover" ticket, for this cruise company:

Hi, In my opinion you'd be better off either getting the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich and catching a bus through or getting the Docklands from Tower Gateway they'd be far faster to get you to Greenwich plus depending on the day the river can be a little rough around the Globe Theater stop which did make me feel slightly sea sick one time, I did it, I know that's hard to say on the Thames but it was a rough day on the Thames.

I don´t think speed of travel should stop him/her from taking the boat. I like to see the city from the river. Gives you views you don´t normally get. If there´s a good guide on the boat that´s great too.

So take the boat. :)

Another option is the Thames Clippers. We are definitely planning a rive trip, and so fare the advantages seem to be speed for the Clippers and more outside seating for City Cruises plus a recorded narrative, but we have just started to look at the two and will expect to ask for comparisons in a future post.

I think those links are what the OP requested, but I don't mean to recommend it, or conversely to not recommend it.
