This has dropped down to page 4, so I'm moving it to the top of the list. All I know is that it's a very upmarket but fairly quiet part of town. Do you have any more information?

Its across from Eaton Park (green area) close to Elizabeth St. I found a few places to get a beer but don't know anything about the pubs are restaurants around there. It is close to Sloan Tube. Thanks for responding. I would appreciate any input or Pub/Restaurant suggestions.

Sloane Square tube station.

You are just a block or so away from a great pub with very good food http://antelope-eaton-terrace.co.uk/

There's a nice choice in pubs around Belgrave Square, some of my favorites are:

http://www.star-tavern-belgravia.co.uk/

taylor-walker.co.uk/pub/…

http://www.thehorseandgroombelgravia.com/

My favorite in that area is www.pubs.com/main_site/pub_details.php… It has lousy food and a cranky landlord - still one of the best pubs in London.

There's a decent enough pub on Eaton Terrace shepherdneame.co.uk/pubs/…duke-wellington

A good gastro pub on Elizabeth Street http://www.thethomascubitt.co.uk/

There is also an excellent small locals' pub south of Sloane Square www.youngs.co.uk/pub-detail.asp?PubID=280

Restaurants, too many to mention, but Colbert recently opened on the square http://www.colbertchelsea.com/ Although given the success of this company's other restaurants in London, Colbert has received some mixed reviews.

If you are doing any self catering, then you will definitely want to go to the Farmers Market on Saturday http://www.lfm.org.uk/markets/pimlico-road/

Also on Saturday, another market (more of a prepared foods market) http://www.partridges.co.uk/foodmarket

The Grenadier, it's listed above, a well liked pub by most.

Yes-we stayed at #62 last week with our family-2 adults and 2 children. Posh neighborhood, but the photos on the OFS website make the place look better than it is. There is no kitchen or dining room table to eat at, a small kitchen and one large drawing room with limited seating. The bedrooms don't have much storage, bathrooms are OK but one is very small. It is a relatively expensive property and I would have it expected it to be a bit more functional and elegant.

Hi, Thanks for your help. Is this apt. on a corner with Living Rm. across from a small park? Other than no tables would you stay there again? The apt. seems in the pictures to have many closets. Was the apt. nice? Thanks

Cathy, what you have to remember with OFS apartments is that they are often people's homes, so you might not be allowed to use closets that have their belongings in them. You would have to ask OFS exactly what the storage facilities are in whatever property you're looking at.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply! We've stayed in many VRBO properties in the U.S but are a bit thrown off by this property not having A/C for the summer. All I am trying to find out is if there is anything questionable that I need to know about this property and its location. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks
