I'm in London now and I'll post a proper trip report later, but I had an unusual vacation experience today. Just as I was finishing lunch, an alarm sounded. First staff said they had been having false alarms, but soon an evacuation was started. I was impressed by how well things were handled. It was very calm and staff didn't feel the need to shout at people.
I knew of an artshop nearby that I wanted to visit so I headed there. I'm on my way back to the museum now since it has reopened.
I can check that off the life experiences list.
