Itinerary - week in London w excursions

How's our plan for a family trip with 2 teenagers?

- 1 and 2: Arrive and explore London, staying in Westminster area

- 3: day trip to Oxford

- 4: London

- 5 and 6: train to Bath; 1 day to explore, and 1 full day tour of Stonehenge+ Cotswolds. 2nd night in Bath?

- 7: morning train back to London

- 8: afternoon departure

Should we stay a second night in Bath (Cotswold tour returns at 4:30) or train back to London that evening? What about squeezing in a trip to Windsor Castle somewhere -- worth doing?

Other comments welcome!

I would look in to combining the Bath/Oxford trips so you don't have to keep going back and forth to London. That might give you time for a half day trip to Windsor, or more time in London (there's so much to see and do, you might regret not having more time there).

You only have 6 actual days free in London (excl arrival/departure days) out of which you already have 3 out of London. So no you do not have time for Windsor as well unless you change your plan and skip London (you don't seem to have any particular things/reason to visit) and base yourself in either Bath or Oxford.
