I've no clue what a Chave is (nor do I care to know), but I can't imagine why the word "of" should be in need of an alternate spelling.

Perhaps you would enjoy a pub crawl and walking tour.

Scroll down til you get to "The Along the Thames Pub Walk."

And "chave" is spelled without an e. Chav.

For pub crawls in central London consider Soho and Covent Garden. For very late places make for Hoxton and Shoreditch. Other places good for night out are Islington (Angel-Upper Street), Camden and the Bayswater/Paddington area. If you want posh there's also Kensington and Chelsea, of course.
