Amazing that people continue to book with these bastards
i feel bad for the reviewer, after that horrendous experience at woogo, but methinks the two reviews were written by the same person. you only need to write one review, whether it be positive, negative or somewhere inbetween.
That whole review would be perfect as a sitcom. The reviewer had more patience than I would have, especially after they started yelling over the phone, give me a break. That is just unreal. Have you ever heard of any lawsuits against them? If not, I'm sure they'll be sued before too long.

woe 'n go or whoa...don't go!
Woo Gone Away?
Hey, there are some interesting Owls here.....
xplors, it looked to me as if the same reviewer wrote both, but posted twice in error. May have thought it didn't get processed the first time, had to start all over and write another from scratch, which explains to me why the wording is similar but not exactly the same in both reviews. IIRC, reviews are vetted by TA staff before being posted, so there's a delay in it showing up.
if i recall, from having written reviews, you receive an email notification from TA that your review has been received...and that it may take a day or two to appear on the site. my memory isnt as good as it should be, so someone else might remember if this is the case. (what im getting at here is that i think the glasgow reviewer would have been notified there would be delay, so didnt need to send it again.)
The trouble with suing those b******s is that even if you win, they don't pay, go bankrupt and then start up under another name. There are an awful lot of people on their trail. Haymarket is arguably one of the most prestigious address' in London so I cannot believe they own a whole block of apartments. I'm in the area tomorrow so the deerstalker and pipe may have to come out!
