Need help to advise on the order to visit for london

I would like to do sightseeing for below attractions in London. I only have 8hrs to visit the attractions on the day itself. As I will need to catch a flight in the evening. Need to head out to the airport by 5pm. Can anyone provide insights/advise on the order to cover for these places and how many places I can cover with the limited time given? I will be staying near Victoria station. Also which are the below attractions should not be miss? Prefer attractions near tube station for easy access getting around. By the way, it is a good idea to do the BIg Bus Tours? Some review said the bus is not on time and waiting time for the bus can be long...

- The tower of London

- Buckingham palace

- Tower bridge

- The London eye (just wish to take a photo from afar)

- Big Ben

- Horse guard

- Westminster Abbey

- st paul cathedral

You could lodge your luggage at Victoria train station leftbaggage.co.uk/left_luggage_victoria.php

Take the Red Route on the HoHo bus www.theoriginaltour.co.uk

River cruise from Tower of London pier to Westminster Pier.

District line Tube westbound Westminster to Victoria, collect your luggage and continue on the West bound District line to Barons Court, change to the opposite side of the platform for the Westbound Piccadilly Tube line to Heathrow airport.

travelt, you have asked this twice: tripadvisor.ca/ShowTopic-g186216-i15-k686663…

You may wish to ask that one of the threads be closed, simply so you will have answers in one place rather than two.

The hop on hop off buses don't run as often as London's red buses. The cost of a hop on hop off bus is considerably higher than the cost of a one day off peak zones 1 - 6 Travelcard (£8.90) which you may use on your whirlwind tour of the city and on the Underground to Heathrow.
