The Covent garden hotel on Monmouth street has a really nice bar which would be a nice end to the evening.

You could indulge in a naughty alcoholic ice-cream here

Or go up-market and visit the American Bar or the Beaufort Bar at The Savoy, where the staff will make just the "right" amount of fuss over you!

A great wine bar that also does some basic cocktails. http://www.faypresto.com performs here sometimes. She is very good, so it would be worth seeing her if possible.
