The cheapest way is always to take the underground (T3 - Green Park on the Piccadilly line, change to the Victoria line to Euston). It should take something in the region of an hour, depending on what time of day you're travelling (which will affect how frequently the trains run), but if you're asking so that you can book some train tickets, leave more time than you think you need - you really don't want to book a cheap advance fare, miss it and get stuck with the walk-up price of a train ticket.

As per post #1, the day you're travelling matters too, in case of any planned engineering works.

If you book with a private hire company, the price would start from 35 pounds and the journey would last around 45 minutes, depending on the traffic. I don't know if this is the cheapest way, but it is the most comfortable one.

Is 06:30 when your flight lands?

If so, then you will be ready to get on the tube at about 07:30, after allowing time to collect luggage and go through immigration.

The journey time will be about an hour, so if your train doesn't leave Euston until 10:32 you will have plenty of time. The tube will get busy by the time you reach Central London, but you will have no trouble getting on at Heathrow as it is at the end of the Piccadilly Line.

Providing the tube is running normally, you could even delay your departure until about 09:00 so as to miss the worst of the rush hour.

The single cash fare is £5.50.

To make the journey easier, sit in the last car of the train from Heathrow to be nearest the way out at Green Park. For the change to the Victoria line, do not follow the directions in the station. Instead, take the escalator up to the ticket hall then another back down to the Victoria line platforms for a train towards Walthamstow Central. This is a much easier way to change lines than following station directions.

It should take an hour from LHR to Euston, where there are escalators from the Victoria line platforms to the ticket hall and rail station concourse.
