I've had a cream tea at St. Paul's.

The setting was pleasant and the scones were edible but it certainly wasn't the best tea I've eaten in London. If you want a proper afternoon tea there are much better choices.

I too have had tea at St. Paul's. The food was OK, the service competent but there was nothing enthralling about it, much as I adore the Cathedral itself. (The gift shop is nice, with a good range and very pleasant staff).

The Dorchester.

If that doesn't appeal, using the search facility on the forum will bring up many, many choices. The search defaults to 'relevance'. You can change it to 'date' for more recent discussions.
